How to request a refund

Email support@voltenworks.com with your order details. We'll process the refund within 1-2 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5-10 business days.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, we'll happily refund the duplicate order.

Digital products

All Voltenworks products are delivered digitally. There is nothing to return or ship back. Once a refund is issued, the license to use the purchased files is revoked and the files should be deleted.
